You agree not to use RPGLab to upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' accounts; to interfere with the operation of the service; or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
RPGLab and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the RPGLab team. Dungeons & Dragons and related terms are property of Wizards of the Coast. RPGLab is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast.
RPGLab is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use the service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RPGLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
