We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and any content you create within RPGLab (character sheets, campaigns, notes, etc.). We also collect basic usage data such as pages visited and features used to improve the service.
We use your information to operate and improve RPGLab, to communicate with you about your account, and to personalise your experience. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
RPGLab uses Google OAuth for authentication. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address. We do not store your Google password.
Your data is stored securely on the Base44 platform. Character sheets, campaigns, and other content you create are stored in our database and associated with your account.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform, under strict confidentiality agreements. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Some features allow you to make content public (e.g. campaign homepages, shared encounters). Content you explicitly mark as public may be visible to other users or the general public.
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect the functionality of the app.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can also delete your account and associated data through the app settings.
